Jingoistic Jamboree or Anti-War Drama?

The Independent gives 4 stars to both Henry V and The Winter's Tale in a rather glowing review. Paul Taylor mentions the musicality of Henry V and calls the "Te Deum" "ravishing", while noting Dugald Bruce-Lockhart's Henry is "fine at those moments where the king is pressurised into behaving like a calculating, priggish shit".

Taylor calls The Winter's Tale "beautiful", singling out the performance of Ben Allen and Tony Bell's "brilliant portrayal" of Autolycus.
